SMS Send
SMS Send is a freeware application to send a SMS message to a mobile phone all over the world for free! To use this little smart tool, you need an Internet connection with a static IP address (DSL, cable, etc.).
SMS Send uses a free SOAP service from Oracle, therefore you need also a free Oracle Network account. You can simple create an account from the SMS Send settings panel.
Note:
Because Oracle stopped their web service, SMS Send doesn't work anymore!
