Send
Net Send uses the Windows Messenger service. This part of the Windows operating system must be started on both, the sending and receiving computer. Net Send doesn't work with the Windows 9x platform.

Use Net Send to send a short message to another computer. (Don't confuse Windows Messenger service with MSN, these are different things.)
